The year of the non-traditional bride, a harmony between trendy and timeless.

2023 is going to be the year that we see a shift in the bridal fashion world. Designers are pushing boundaries and creating gowns that speak to each of us in a unique way. The pandemic has paved the way for more intimate gatherings, and destination weddings, which in turn has made us all think of non-traditional ways, including fashion.
We are still seeing the same silhouettes as before, only now with a trendy twist.

This gown by La Pointe is a satin bias gown featuring feather cuffs on the sleeves and a thigh-high front slit. Modern, trendy yet very chic with its clean lines and timeless fabric.

Colourful gowns have always been a statement, and this year the colour is Blue. This Satin gown by Ines Di Santo features hand-painted florals. A flattering statement gown that also incorporates your “something blue”.

Bow after bow. Whether is big or small, bows are here to stay. Whether you don one in your hair or on your attire, they’re everything from statement to subtle, and quite frankly, I kinda love ’em.

3D Floral Arrangements paired with simple silhouettes. This dress by Elie Saab makes a perfect pre-wedding event dress or garden wedding dress.

Sheer gowns with lots of detail. Galia Lahav does it best with their jaw-dropping, one-of-a kind creations.

We’re seeing tulle being used in different ways to create patterns and elongated silhouettes, like in this gorgeous strapless gown by Needle & Thread.
