TERMS & CONDITIONS
Section 1. Trials
Trials are held from Monday – Friday at the client’s home.
Trials are very rarely ever held on weekends, due to work capacity and previous bookings. In the off-chance that a trial is held on a weekend, please note that the weekend day rate of $425 will apply.
Trials can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the service and the look we are trying to achieve.
In the event that a client wishes not to continue with a booking after the trial, the trial fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
If a second trial is requested, the price will remain the same as the first trial.
During our busy season, we reserve the right to refuse trials for bridesmaids/others.
Section 2. Travel & Parking Fees
All travel fees will be discussed with clients before invoicing.
For travel times that exceed two hours, we may ask the client to book accommodations for the artist/Sana, especially for early morning starts.
Parking fees will need to be covered by the client.
Section 3. Assistants
For large bridal parties or early morning ceremonies, it may be necessary for Sana to bring an assistant with her in order to complete your booking size in a timely fashion. If this is the case, an assistant fee of $100 will be applicable.
Section 4. Deposits
In order to reserve your wedding date a deposit of $75 is required. This deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation (please see Section 7 for details on cancellations).
The deposit will be applied against your final invoice NOT your trial fee.
Please note the deposit and trial fees are SEPARATE fees.
Section 5. Payments & Invoicing
All Bridal Trial invoices are due 1 week prior to the trial.
Wedding Day invoices are due 6 weeks prior to the wedding day, the deposit paid will be deducted from the wedding day balance.
All payment details will be noted on the invoice.
For clients from out of town, we also accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Late fees will apply to any invoices that go over 2 weeks unpaid.
Section 6. Cancellations & Booking Size Changes
Clients have 1 week after their deposit has been paid to cancel or change their booking size with no fee.
After the one week period, deposits become non-refundable and the original invoice amount will be enforced regardless of change in booking size.
In the unlikely event that Sana or your artist falls ill and is unable to complete your bridal booking on your wedding day, we have a team of trusted artists who we will call upon to complete your booking.
Section 7. Last Minute Bookings
Any bookings made within 12 weeks of a wedding date is considered a last minute booking.
All last minute bookings are subject to the following payment terms:
Trial payments and deposits will need to paid right away in order to secure wedding date;
Deposit payments will be non-refundable once received;
Should a client wish to book a secondary trial, Sana Nurani Makeup reserves the right to refuse based on scheduling;
All last minute wedding bookings will be required to pay their final invoice within 5 days of their trial date.
Section 8. Destination Weddings
For all our clients getting married abroad, Sana Nurani Makeup will book all their own flights, travel to and from venues and accommodation.
There is a meal per diem applicable to all Destination bookings of $20/day.
We make every effort to book the most affordable flights and accommodation for all our Destination clients.
Due to loss of earnings when travelling for Destination bookings, we charge a fee of $175.
Destination Weddings are subject to all the same invoicing & cancellation terms stated above in sections 5 & 7.
Section 9. Images/Social Media/Marketing
Unless expressly stated by the client in writing, all images taken by Sana or a member of Sana Nurani Makeup, of the client or member of the bridal party, may be used by the artist/Sana on social media, websites or for marketing purposes.
